SAMSUNG GT-S5233S MOBILE PHONE – A REVIEW

After the unfortunate loss of my NOKIA 7210 SUPERNOVA (Nokia 7210c Graphite) Cellular Mobile Handset, I have just purchased a SAMSUNG GT-S5233S. A cheap deal at ` 6,540.00, M.R.P. mentioned on the Sales Pack: ` 7,350.00.

The Sales Pack contains – the Handset, 1 Battery, 1 Leather Case, 1 Travel Adaptor, 1 Stereo Headset, 1 Stylus Pen, 1 Micro SD (2 GB), 1 Mic Cable and of course, a Data Kit.

This ‘Noble Black’ coloured handy mobile is a great one with its 3” (7.62 cm) full touch display,  multifunction jack, 3.2 Megapixel camera with Digital Zoom, call recording, auto rotating screen, speaker phone, touch QWERTY keypad and a lot more.

Although not a 3G, I’m really satisfied with this Smartphone.

In its camera, there are Portrait, Landscape, Night, Sports, Sunset and Text Scene modes. Shooting Modes – Single, Smile shot, Continuous, Panorama, Mosaic and Frame. White Balance – Auto, Daylight, Candescent, Fluorescent and Cloudy modes. Effects: Black & White, Sepia, Negative and Watercolour.

Still Resolution – 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 640 x 480, 2000 x 1200 & 400 x 240. Video Recording facility – Resolution: 320 x 240 and 176 x 144.

In-built photo-editing facility. Picasa, Flickr and YouTube are available.

PC sync – is also available.

I’m not a tech-expert, but these appeared to me. Please let me know the other facilities.
